No doubt, we want to prepare and build our author’s team very sophistically under our caring and intellectual team connection with effort.

In addition, along with our capacity, we will arrange face-to-face and online mentoring programs where anyone can join our teams as a valued member. We will care for and rear our little intellectuals for the future, no matter where they are in the world. We are committed to guiding our authors and to being forward with something productive, influential, and inspirational.

3. Guidelines for Editors

Yes, we also arrange a structured mentoring program for becoming our editors. It is a mandatory program for everyone who has already been invited as an editor and who is becoming an editor in our children’s dedication book publishing firm. In addition, to enhance our vision to disseminate ideological core ideas within the Editor’s team, we quarterly arrange at least one session to facilitate them and offer them the opportunity to stay in focus on our ideology and philosophy. Lastly, We want to say; we are very strict about following our guidelines and looking for commitment from each and every Editor on our team.

Note: There would be two editorial board members listed. One listed member will be active, and another listed member will be waiting, and eventually, they will include based on the volume of our editorial work or inability to fulfill any other members from the active list.

Honorarium: Editors will pay the honorarium, which our management team will decide. It can be task by task or monthly. Also, it will be a sign of contact with the editors individually, and the management team will be responsible.

4. Whom We Call and How to be a Part of the Activity!
Opportunities to get engaged:
  • It is our expectation that our published books will attract children worldwide to engage with our children’s books. In addition, as an author, it is my focus that all children can be-
  • Attentively reading
  • Ask questions
  • Demonstrates interest in the particular book
  • Responds to questions demonstrating their own entry point of understanding

In regard to these, all activities mentally engage the children with an event or question. Engagement activities help children to make connections with what they know and can do.

Opportunities to be Explore

Children are always curious and work with one another to explore ideas through hands-on activities. As an educator and children learning materials researchers, we know exploration provides a set of common experiences for all. Under the guidance of the teacher, parents, as well as adults, children begin to clarify their understanding of major concepts and skills like:

  • Conducts activities, predicts, and forms hypotheses or makes generalizations
  • Becomes a good listener
  • Shares ideas and suspends judgment
  • Records observations and/or generalizations
  • Discusses tentative alternatives
Opportunities to be explained

Children construct explanations of the concepts and processes about which they are exploring and learning. As children’s book authors and researchers, we clarify our children’s understanding of concepts and help them develop their skills in a verities ways: For example-

  • Explains, listens, defines, and questions
  • Uses previous observations and findings
  • Provides reasonable responses to questions
  • Interacts in a positive, supportive manner
Opportunities to be Elaborate

These books challenge children to apply what they have learned to a new situation and to build on their understanding of concepts in different ways that extend their knowledge and skills.

  • Applies new terms and definitions
  • Uses previous information to probe, ask questions, and make reasonable judgments
  • Provides reasonable conclusions and solutions
  • Records observations, explanations, and solutions
Opportunities to be evaluated

Children assess their own knowledge, skills, and abilities. These lessons also allow us to evaluate worldwide children’s progress and inform instruction.

  • Demonstrates an understanding or knowledge of concepts and skills
  • Evaluates their own progress
  • Answers open-ended questions
  • Provides reasonable responses and explanations to events or phenomena
Opportunities to E-learning

This phase is infused throughout the model to enhance the technological skills of learners as they do things, such as gather information, engage in exploration, and explain and communicate their findings.

  • Gathers information
  • Engages in explorations
  • Explains and communicate the findings
  • Collaborates
  • Reflects
  • Models digital citizenship practices
Opportunities to be connected with Qualitative Research Studies

As a qualitative researcher, it is my intention to connect our children with qualitative research studies. Because qualitative research generates descriptive and explanatory data rather than predicting causal relationships or quantifying variation. For example:

  • Improves understanding of children’s lives or increases knowledge about their childhood conditions and so on…
  • New interventions designed for children’s needs
Opportunities to be connected with Case Study Methodology

Case studies offer the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the activities explicitly designed to help middle school children develop conceptual foundations for deeper and higher-order ideas in all subjects and other disciplines. It helps children-

  • In-depth investigations by using what, why, and how related open-ended questions
  • It is described and exploratory analysis of a person, group or event
  • It can be single or multiple case studies
  • It helps reduce the potential for bias by diluting a particular individual’s agenda.
